Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. You can also place the order and pay by COD (Cash on Delivery). We accept payment through the methods available at checkout. We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation and whatsApp message acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Cashoro reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

An order is considered accepted only when it has been dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation email.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within Kullu. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only — actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, delivery rider availability, and other factors outside our control.

Cashoro is not liable for any delays caused by natural events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@cashoro.in within 2 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue and in depth details of the issue.

Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion after reviewing your claim. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Generally, on every Tuesday.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Cashoro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
